Cooperation within the framework of the "Central Asian Smart City" project: Memorandum of Understanding between GOING Investment LLC and Alüminal Alüminyum A.Ş.
GOING Investment LLC and Alüminal Alüminyum A.Ş. signed a memorandum of understanding within the framework of the "Central Asian Smart City" project, aimed at creating modern architectural façade systems and producing aluminum composite panels in Uzbekistan. This cooperation also includes the formation of the "Made in Uzbekistan" brand in order to support local production.
The main objective of the memorandum is to develop an infrastructure for the production of sustainable and energy-efficient architectural façade systems and establish a plant for the production of aluminum composite panels. The parties also agree to provide technical consultancy in the field of façade systems, increase the share of local production and provide training and development of technical personnel.
In addition, the parties will focus on developing environmentally friendly solutions in accordance with international standards and designing model buildings. The Memorandum will be valid for two years and is a statement of goodwill between the parties and will be supported by binding commercial agreements.
