GOING INVESTMENT and Kartürk Sigorta sign strategic MoU within the Central Asia Smart City project
TASHKENT, 2025 — A strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Uzbekistan-based GOING INVESTMENT LLC and leading Turkish insurance company Kartürk Sigorta under the scope of the Central Asia Smart City project.
According to the MoU, the parties will cooperate in the following key areas:
* Tailored insurance packages for construction and logistics,
* Comprehensive occupational health and safety coverage,
* Flexible and bundled flotilla insurance systems for transportation,
* Technical training, seminars, and knowledge exchange,
* Implementation of a digital insurance platform within the Smart City infrastructure.
To ensure coordination, the parties will establish a joint Insurance Coordination Committee. This collaboration is expected to set a new standard for risk management and digital integration in regional urban development projects.
