GOING Investment and Tim Forklift A.Ş. Sign Strategic Production Partnership MoU under “Central Asia Smart City” Project
On May 28, 2025, GOING Investment LLC (Uzbekistan) and Tim Forklift A.Ş. (Turkey) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for production and innovation cooperation under the “Central Asia Smart City” mega-project.
Under this agreement, modern manufacturing facilities will be established in Uzbekistan to produce pallet trucks, stackers, electric and diesel forklifts, and platform systems using TIM’s advanced technologies, all branded as “Made in Uzbekistan”.
Production will be phased in three stages: semi-knockdown (SKD), complete knockdown (CKD), and full local component integration. TIM’s engineering, automation, and AI systems will be integrated into GOING’s infrastructure, alongside joint R\&D efforts.
The products will target not only Uzbekistan’s domestic market but also be exported to other Central Asian countries. Training programs for engineers and technicians will be launched both in Uzbekistan and in Turkey.
This strategic cooperation aims to modernize Uzbekistan’s industrial base while giving TIM Forklift a strong regional manufacturing foothold in Central Asia.
