Memorandum of Understanding between the Economic Council of Uzbekistan and Cosmostar Project Management LLC
The Economic Council of Uzbekistan (Assembly) and Cosmostar Project Management LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen strategic cooperation. This document formalizes cooperation in the field of project development in such areas as industry, infrastructure and high technology.
The main objectives of the Memorandum include the creation of turnkey projects, construction of industrial facilities, technology transfer and training of human resources. The parties will also establish a Strategic Project Monitoring Commission to regularly manage the processes and report on projects.
This Memorandum is not a binding commercial contract, but aims to define the details of each individual transaction through separate agreements. It will be valid for two years and includes confidentiality clauses that ensure the protection of the parties' information.
This cooperation is of great importance for the projects implemented in Uzbekistan, allowing to combine the technical knowledge and infrastructural capabilities of both parties.
