New Strategic Partnership for Smart City Vision
In April 2025, a significant strategic partnership was formalized as part of the “Central Asia Smart City” mega project. Chairman of the Uzbekistan Economic Assembly, Muxtor Umarov, and Director of IMPEXCONSULT, Hurshid Turdialiyev, signed a memorandum of understanding.
The agreement aims to advance smart city development in Uzbekistan through the implementation of green energy, sustainable infrastructure, and modern technologies. The parties agreed to collaborate on technical, legal, and investment aspects while working jointly with international partners.
